Construction progress at the A136 Highlight Tower for September 2022

In September, a significant amount of work was carried out at the construction site of the A136 Highlight Tower, located in the center of the capital. Construction is gaining momentum and its volumes are only increasing every month.

The following works were performed at the A136 Highlight Tower construction site in September:

• The floor slab of the 19th floor has been installed - 100%;

• The formwork was arranged and the floor slab of the 20th floor was reinforced - 50%;

• Vertical elements of walls and columns on the 20th floor have been installed - 95%;

• Stairs to the 19th floor have been installed;

• Brickwork from -2nd to 15th floor was completed - 69%;

• Plumbing works from -2nd to 13th floor were completed - 35%;

• Completed electrical installation work from -2 to 13th floor - 30%;

• The smoke removal system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 40%;

• The ventilation system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 30%;

• The automatic fire extinguishing system was implemented from -2 to 4 floors - 70%;

• Plastering of technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floors was completed - 45%;

• Installed window structures from the 6th to the 15th floor - 69%;

• Installed double-glazed window structures from the 6th to the 15th floor - 69%;

• SPOK stained-glass systems were installed from the 6th to the 15th floor - 78%;

• Installed double-glazed window systems from the 6th to the 15th floor - 65%;

• 2, 3, 4, 5 floors are covered with a stylobate roof - 30%;

• Cladding of the stylobate facade (insulation and subsystem) is arranged - 15%.

The following works are performed:

• Concreting of vertical elements on the 20th floor;

• Preparation for concreting the floor slab of the 20th floor;

• Brickwork of walls from the 5th to the 15th floor;

• Installation of window systems from the 5th to the 15th floor;

• Installation of stylobate window systems from the 1st to the 5th floor;

• Installation of stained glass systems from the 2nd to the 15th floor;

• Installation of ventilation ducts on the 18th and 19th floors;

• Installation of staircases on the 19th floor;

• Installation of subsystems for facing the stylobate with natural stone.
