In February 2020, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

• Work continues on building No. 4 of the first quarter.

• Completed works on the foundation of the parking lot.

• Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete elements at -6,550 m (section #2 and #3 of building #3).

• Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete elements at the -0.100 m mark (section #1 of building #3).
