In June 2020, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

Construction of the reinforced concrete frame of the 6th floor (ceiling above the floor) is underway;

Bricklaying of the basement and 3 floors is underway.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

Construction of the reinforced concrete frame of the 6th floor is in progress;

Bricklaying of 3 floors is underway.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

Construction of the reinforced concrete frame of 2 floors is underway.

House No. 4:

Concrete preparation for installation of the foundation slab of section 4.1 has been completed;

Preparatory work is being carried out for the installation of concrete preparation under the foundation slab of section 4.2;

Opening of the pit of section 4.3 continues.
