In September 2020, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

Work is underway to arrange the ceiling above the 12th floor;

Work is underway to arrange the brickwork of the 3rd and 8th floors.

Work is underway to arrange the staircases on the 4th floor.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the 12th floor.

Work is underway to arrange the brickwork from the 5th to the 8th floor.

Work is underway to arrange the stairwells of the 8th floor.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the 10th floor.

Work is underway to arrange the brickwork of the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Work is underway to arrange the stairwells of the 8th floor.

House No. 4:

Work is underway to install a ceiling above the basement floor

The foundation slab in section 2 and 3 is completed.

Parking:

Completed works on the installation of a reinforced concrete frame.
