In May 2021, the following works will be performed at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

Completed installation of low-current systems in apartments and MOS from the 3rd to the 12th floor.

Work has been completed on the arrangement of the screed in the apartments and the MOP from the 3rd to the 11th floor.

Works on insulation of the facade, loggias and cold transitions are being carried out.

Work has begun on the installation of elevator equipment.

Preparatory work on the installation of the screed of floors -2 and -1 is being carried out.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

Completed installation of low-current systems in apartments and MOS from the 3rd to the 12th floor.

Work is being carried out on the installation of heating and water supply wiring.

Works on the installation of noise insulation in the apartments and the MOP from the 3rd to the 12th floor have been completed.

Work has begun on the insulation of the facade, loggias and cold passages.

Completed work on the installation of floors for the installation of elevator equipment.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

Completed installation of low-current systems in apartments and MOS from the 3rd to the 12th floor.

Work has been completed on the arrangement of the screed in the apartments and the MOP from the 3rd to the 5th floor.

Works on insulation of the facade, loggias and cold transitions are being carried out.

Work has begun on the installation of elevator equipment.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

Work is underway on the installation of the slab for the technical superstructure.

Brickwork is completed from the 3rd to the 9th floor. Work is underway on -1, 10, 11, 12 floors.

Work is being carried out on the installation of the stylobate part of the floor slab of the 1st floor.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

The floor of the 11th floor is concreted.

Brickwork is completed from the 3rd to the 7th floor. Work is underway on floors -1, 8, 9, 10.

Work on the installation of vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 1st floor is being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the 5th floor.

Work on the installation of vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 1st floor is being carried out.
