Progress of construction at BFC OLEGIVSKIY for December 2021

The OLEGIVSKIY business-class multifunctional complex is located in the heart of the historical center of Kyiv on Podil. The house is designed in a restrained modern style and is located on the highest point of Shchekavitsa mountain. The project includes a lounge area in the yard, an outdoor fireplace, a fitness area, a children's area and much more.

In December, the following works were performed at the construction site of BFC OLEGIVSKIY:

Section 1:

• Arrangement of foundations - 10%.

Section 2:

• Pit development - 100%.

• Construction of the pile field - 100%.

Section 3:

• Construction of the piling field - 80%.

Section 4:

• Construction of the piling field - 70%.

Section 5:

• Arrangement of pile field - 60%.

Parking:

• Arrangement of the foundation for the tower crane - 100%.

• Arrangement of pile field - 30%.
