On December 17, 2024, the first agreement for the purchase of an apartment on the primary market under the state program "єОселя" was signed in the eco-city Lucky Land by DIM. This is the first agreement related specifically to an unfinished construction project, making it unique, as properties under the state program are typically purchased in completed buildings.

The "єОселя" program is a state initiative aimed at supporting individuals who wish to purchase their own apartment. It offers the opportunity to obtain a mortgage from the state with a fixed interest rate starting at 3% for up to 20 years.

"Signing an agreement to purchase an apartment in the modern eco-city Lucky Land under the 'єОселя' state program is an important step towards providing affordable housing for many of our clients and confirms the reliability and transparency of DIM, as banks conduct a thorough check of developers during accreditation," noted Olga Arbuzova, Head of Sales at Lucky Land.
