DIM launches the first long-term hryvnia installment program in Ukraine — up to 10 years, with a fixed rate and no currency fluctuations. This is a new tool for those who cannot use the state program 'eOselia', but are looking for a quality apartment in the modern eco-environment of the capital.

‘We receive many requests from people who dream of their own apartment, but do not meet the criteria of state programs. It is for them that we have created a new product — transparent and predictable hryvnia installment with fixed terms,” — says Oleksandr Nasikovsky, managing partner of DIM.

Program conditions:

• Installment for up to 10 years with the possibility of early repayment.
• Fixed rate of 10% per annum in hryvnia — no commissions or overpayments.
• Fixed price per square meter in the contract.
• Down payment — from 30%.

Special preferential rate of 8% per annum for military personnel, Emergencies Ministry employees, and military medics.

For example, let's consider an option for a cozy 1-room apartment — 44.42 m2:

• PW 30%, which is 1,670,000 UAH (the final amount is adjusted at the time of signing the contract).
• The balance for 10 years is 15,335 UAH per month.

The program is valid until the end of July.
