On July 8, 2026, DIM Group will begin the preparatory stage for the handover of apartments in Building No. 3 of the Metropolis residential complex. Apartment inspections and acceptance of construction works will be carried out.

The company’s Client Service Department managers will start compiling lists to form inspection schedules. This process will take place in stages: first Section 1, followed by Sections 2 and 3. After the inspection reports are signed, provided there are no comments, investors will be able to visit their apartments by prior appointment to take measurements and develop design projects.

However, while the inspection procedure and the elimination of comments required to obtain the building commissioning certificate are ongoing, access for renovation works will not be granted. At this stage, the building remains a construction site, so any accidents are the developer’s personal responsibility and may also create risks of construction suspension or additional comments from the architectural and construction inspection authority. In addition, a large amount of materials required to complete the works is currently stored on site, and ensuring their safekeeping in the presence of a large number of unauthorized persons would be extremely difficult.
