For a year and a half now, the DIM group of companies has been cooperating with Sky Bank within the state program 'єОселя', helping Ukrainians make the most important investment - in their own housing.

Company clients can purchase an apartment in the eco-complex Lucky Land, accredited by Sky Bank, for a period of up to 20 years with an initial contribution of 30% and interest rates of 3-7% per annum in hryvnias.

Just since the beginning of 2025:

• DIM clients have already received 10 mortgage loans through Sky Bank.
• The total funding amount is 25.8 million hryvnias.
• The cost of purchased apartments is 38.8 million hryvnias.
