DIM. Building — Not Imitating

The year 2024 can confidently be called the year of developers' final adaptation to the challenges of wartime. Most developers have resumed construction and are continuing projects initiated before February 2022. However, there are still those in the market who have frozen construction or merely imitate activity on their sites.

DIM is among those who actively build rather than imitate, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable developer.

In 2024, the company delivered 1,191 apartments with a total area of 80,467 m² across three projects: "New Autograph," the eco-city Lucky Land, and the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.

We successfully attracted targeted financing from domestic strategic investment partners to develop existing and prospective projects, demonstrating high trust in the company and confidence in Ukraine's future.

DIM launched a financial guarantee program (ensuring on-time project completion) and included penalty clauses in contract terms, stipulating a 0.03% penalty in favor of the client for each overdue day according to the project's completion schedule. This program is already operational in the A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Boutique Residence, and Park Lake City complexes. We are working on implementing financial guarantees in our other projects.

We have started the development of a new premium-segment complex, The One, located in the heart of Kyiv at 7b Mechnykova Street. The complex offers future residents the luxury of a 5-star hotel, 360° panoramic views, a gated community with round-the-clock security, underground parking with car lifts, 1,400 m² of lifetime space, two conceptual terraces, and an open swimming pool. This is Ukraine's first residential project with nano-water purification and HEPA air filtration systems. The planned construction completion date is Q2 2028.

We continue building six of our projects: "Metropolis," Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Boutique Residence, and The One.

In 2025, we plan to deliver over 100,000 m², including the A136 Highlight Tower complex, Building No. 3 of the "Metropolis" complex, Building No. 4 of the Lucky Land eco-city, and more than five buildings in the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.
