On June 4, 2025, the IV Ukrainian Construction Congress was held at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center in Kyiv - a key event of the year for the professional community in the field of development, architecture, investment and urbanism.
The event brought together leading market players, government representatives and international partners around the theme "WE MUST BE THE CHANGE". The focus was on challenges, new markets, strategic decisions and the meaning of rebuilding Ukraine.
Various panels of the Congress discussed topics important for the real estate market: construction and financing in wartime; the role of big business and the need for project financing; updating outdated approaches in architecture; changes in demand, new housing formats and its accessibility; BIM integration; attracting international capital; state support; strategic financing, etc.
Arseniy Nasikovsky, a junior partner of the DIM group of companies, was invited to share his expert opinion at the event. He shared his point of view on the further development of the Ukrainian real estate market.
Arseniy Nasikovsky, junior partner of the DIM group of companies:
“Cooperation between developers and the banking sector is a key tool for restoring investments and activating the real estate market. Cooperation will allow launching the reconstruction process and promptly starting new projects after the stabilization of the war. In general, the real estate market in Ukraine directly depends on cooperation with banks - both private and state-financed. This ensures stable and predictable growth, even in difficult conditions, and supports the development of the real estate sector.”
The final chord of the event was the awarding ceremony of the winners of the “Creator of the Year 2025” competition. The victory in the nomination “Residential Complex of the Year (implemented)” was won by Park Lake City - the flagship suburban business-class complex from the DIM group of companies.
