A home of your own is more than just square meters. It is a place for the people and things that matter. A place where you can recharge after a busy day, leave work worries behind and gather strength for new plans.

That is why DIM Group is launching the “Payment Holidays” program, allowing buyers to plan their expenses more flexibly and adjust their installment payment schedule.

From November 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027, inclusive, after making the initial payment, buyers can choose a period with no mandatory monthly payments:

• with an initial payment of 30% or more — for the entire promotional period, up to 6 months inclusive;

• with an initial payment of less than 30%— for up to 3 months within the promotional period.

Buyers can either continue making payments according to the agreed schedule or, if needed, take advantage of the payment holiday. Once the holiday period ends, the remaining balance under the agreement is redistributed over the remaining installment period. The total installment term does not increase, while the monthly payment amount is adjusted according to the remaining period after the payment holiday.

The program is available across all DIM projects, applies to the available selection of apartments and non-residential premises, and can be combined with current sales terms and programs. Only the payment schedule changes — all other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
