The DIM company continues to grow actively and care for the convenience of its clients. On March 20, a new sales office for the Olegiv Podil complex was opened, located directly at the construction site at 36 Olegivska Street.

The new office allows potential buyers to get detailed information about apartments, layouts, infrastructure, and construction progress, as well as explore all the advantages of living in Ukraine’s first premium-class residence in the Art Boutique Residence format.

The concept of the complex is based on a combination of European boutique hotels and the artistic heritage of historic Podil. The complex consists of a single building with 5 to 8 floors and 208 apartments.
