Life in LIFETIME format: DIM presented a new flagship project

DIM group of companies held a presentation of their new flagship project - the premium residential complex The One, located in the heart of the capital on Mechnikova Street, 7b. The event brought together leading real estate agencies, partners, and investors who were the first to learn about the updated concept and ambitious development plans for the project.
The event started with a property tour at the construction site, where active work is currently underway. The construction is already ahead of schedule, ensuring timely completion of the project.
Andrii Nasikovskyi, managing partner of DIM group of companies, began the presentation and talked about the results of years of work on the project: "The first concept appeared 9 years ago, but time and the city have changed. A total of 140 apartments and over 6000 m2 of exclusive services and infrastructure, including:

- closed territory with round-the-clock security;
- LIFETIME center with an area of 1400 m2 featuring wellness SPA and a warm terrace pool open all year round;
