Progress of construction in the Metropolis residential complex in June 2022

The Comfort+ residential complex "Metropolis" is located next to the Holosiiv Forest and the VDNG Park. The complex currently includes four buildings, two of which have already been commissioned in the spring of 2021. A large 2-hectare park, a kindergarten, sports and children's playgrounds, as well as a large underground parking lot are planned on the territory.

In June 2022, the following works were performed at the construction site of the "Metropolis" housing complex:

General (first round):

• Work is being carried out on the arrangement of the security check point - 38%.

• 93% of PNRs are implemented according to the access control system.

• Work on dispatching systems is completed - 98%.

Building #2, section 2:

• Fire protection system inspections from the 1st to the 34th floor are completed - 97%

• Dispatching of all systems is in progress - 93%

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Work is being carried out on the arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 34th floor. (to ensure the laying of vertical networks K1,2 ventilation and water supply) - 88%.

• Work on laying heating pipelines for apartments is being carried out - 89%.

• Works on laying pipelines of systems K1, K2, B1, B2 are being carried out - 91%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Work is being carried out on the installation of SPOK facade systems on the 1st and 2nd floors - 58%

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Work on the arrangement of internal brick walls and partitions from the 3rd to the 34th floor (to ensure the laying of vertical networks of sewerage, ventilation and water supply) is being carried out - 92%.

• Work on laying heating pipelines for apartments is being carried out - 86%.

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• Work on the installation of the parking floor slab has been completed.

• Completed works on the arrangement of the parking lot slab.
