DIM is working tirelessly to complete the construction of the beautiful and elegant complex "Novyi Autograph" We are overcoming difficulties with constant power outages and air raid alarms, but we are trying to establish the construction process and move only forward. We share our construction successes for October:

Building No. 1, section 1:

• Preparation of a warm stairwell for painting – 80%.

Building No. 1, section 2:

• Preparing the stairwell for painting – 80%.

Building No. 1, section 3:

• Preparation of a cold stairwell for painting – 80%;

• Preparation of a warm stairwell for painting – 80%.

House No. 2:

• Installation of decorative plaster: 25th, 26th floors – 100%;

• Warm staircase: tile installation – 85%;

• Cold staircase - tile installation – 50%;

• Finishing of pumping rooms – 100%;

• Installation of electrical networks for outdoor lighting of the house – 90%;

• Facade painting – 60%.

Parking:

• Monolithic works – 90%;

• Installation of external waterproofing of the parking lot – 60%;

• Installation of internal fire-fighting water supply and sewage system – 30%.

External networks:

Installation of VK, K1, K2 networks on Zhmachenko Street:

• Domestic sewage – 95%;

• Drainage sewerage – 95%;

• Water supply – 95%.

Improvement:

• Construction of a road from the end of the facility (Darnytsia side) – 70%;

• Repair of the roadway at 26 G. Zhmachenko St. in crushed stone (installation under asphalt) – 100%.
