During June 2026, the following works were completed at the construction site:

Section 1

Façade installation – 58% complete; Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors – 100% complete; Finishing of common areas (Level 3) according to the interior design project – 60% complete; Plastering of common area walls on Floors 2–8 – 95% complete; Façade installation on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floor terraces – 65% complete.

Section 2

Façade installation – 48% complete; Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 7th floor terraces – 80% complete; Façade installation on the 7th and 8th floor terraces – 15% complete; Plastering of common area walls – 5% complete.

Section 4

Façade installation – 42% complete; Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 7th and 8th floor terraces – 90% complete.

Section 5

Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floor terraces – 90% complete; Thermal insulation and reinforcement of rooftop ventilation shafts – 95% complete.

Parking Garage

Installation of stormwater drainage and sewer systems (K1/K2) – 90% complete; Brickwork for walls and partitions – 100% complete; Brickwork of the stylobate section (lobby exit) – 95% complete; Ceiling insulation installation – 100% complete; Water supply system installation – 50% complete; Installation of expansion joints on vertical structures – 50% complete; Plastering of walls (elevator lobby, ventilation room, security room, and parking walls) – 80% complete; Ceiling surface preparation for painting – 20% complete.
