Section 1:
- Facade installation – 58%
- Waterproofing of terraces on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors (waterproofing, insulation, screed) – 100%
- Finishing of common areas according to the design project (3rd floor) – 30%
- Plastering of common area walls on the 2nd and 4th floors – 75%
- Installation of insulation and reinforcement of ventilation shafts on the roof – 85%
- Waterproofing of roof ventilation shafts – 100%
- Brickwork of the stylobate section – 100%
- Installation of cable networks on walls prior to plastering in common areas – 90%
Section 2:
- Facade installation – 40%
- Waterproofing of terraces (waterproofing, insulation, screed) – 100%
- Insulation of roof ventilation shafts – 95%
- Brickwork of the stylobate section – 100%
Section 3:
- Facade installation – 48%
- Insulation of roof ventilation shafts – 95%
- Brickwork of the stylobate section – 100%
- Installation of decorative facade elements (rustication) – 35%
Section 4:
- Facade installation – 38%
- Waterproofing of terraces (waterproofing, insulation, screed) – 100%
- Insulation of roof ventilation shafts – 95%
- Brickwork of the stylobate section – 95%
- Final terrace paving (FEM paving blocks) – 20%
Section 5:
- Facade installation – 38%
- Terrace construction on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors (waterproofing, insulation, screed) – 100%
- Installation of insulation and reinforcement of roof ventilation shafts – 85%
Parking Garage:
- Installation of K1/K2 systems (stormwater drainage and sewerage) – 80%
- Brickwork of walls and partitions – 90%
- Brickwork of the stylobate section (lobby exit) – 80%
- Installation of parking garage ceiling insulation – 80%
- Brickwork of technical rooms (ITP, ventilation chamber, electrical room) – 100%
- Cement-sand screed (elevator lobby, ventilation chamber, security room) – 80%
