The DIM Group of companies ranked 7th in the number of apartments handed over in 2024 according to the all-Ukrainian developers rating compiled by Forbes Ukraine in collaboration with the LUN service.

The rating covers developers from Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Rivne, and Zhytomyr, reflecting the dynamics of residential construction development in the country. Overall, the top 20 developers delivered 24,060 apartments in the past year – approximately 30% of the total volume of new housing introduced in Ukraine in 2024.

The rating includes only multi-apartment residential buildings (excluding cottages and townhouses) that received certificates of commissioning during the specified period.

Among the projects implemented by the DIM company included in the summary of 2024: 'New Autograph', eco-town Lucky Land, and the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.

"From 2024, the company continued to strengthen its reputation as a reliable developer, which not only creates high-quality residential projects with modern solutions but also successfully puts them into operation," comments Alexander Nasykovsky, managing partner of the DIM company. - For 2025, we set a more ambitious goal - to commission over 100,000 m2. Among the planned objects for commissioning are A136 Highlight Tower, building №3 of the 'Metropolis' complex, building №4 of the eco-complex 'Lucky Land', as well as several buildings in Park Lake City.

It should be noted that the DIM Group of companies maintains its positions in the TOP-10 by the amount of area put into operation in three consecutive independent ratings.
