How should mortgages scale, what is needed for the development of housing construction, and which financial instruments will contribute to the country’s economic recovery?

On March 31, DIM Group took part in a professional panel discussion within the First Affordable Mortgage Forum 2026! Together with representatives of the government, financial sector, and banks, they discussed the state’s readiness to support the development of mortgage programs in Ukraine. In particular, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Halyna Kim, shared her vision on lending and stimulating the construction industry as a whole.

It was an interesting and meaningful discussion where all sides of the industry had the opportunity to express ideas on stimulating the real estate market in Ukraine despite the challenges of war. We thank the organizers for the opportunity to share expertise and the participants for their meaningful and inspiring thoughts.
