DIM became fourth in the number of apartments delivered in 2024 according to the ranking of the most dynamic developers of Kyiv and Kyiv region among 20 companies, compiled by the LUN service and NV Ukraine magazine.

The ranking includes all completed buildings in Ukraine from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, indicates how many apartments are under construction, lists residential complexes where apartments were delivered as of the end of February 2025, and determines the ranking of developers who delivered the most apartments.

When creating the ranking, LUN calculated such parameters of completed buildings/sections as the number of apartments delivered according to certificates, as well as apartments in buildings that have not yet been delivered but where sales were or are currently open.

The company DIM in the ranking of the most dynamic developers of Kyiv took 4th place, letting Intergal-Bud, Martynov, and Stolitsa Group ahead, having put into operation 1,090 apartments with a total area of 80,467 m².

Among the residential complexes from DIM with delivered apartments are the following projects: "Novyi Avtograf," eco-city Lucky Land, and suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.

“In 2025, we set a goal to surpass the results of 2024 and deliver over 100,000 m². Among the projects we plan to deliver are the A136 Highlight Tower, Building No. 3 of the Metropolis complex, Building No. 4 of the eco-city Lucky Land, and several buildings in the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City,” said Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, Managing Partner of DIM.

Also, by the end of the current year, the developer plans to start the construction of new premium and business-segment projects in the Kyiv region.
