Ukrainian financial and investment portal 'Minfin' has released an updated rating of Kyiv developers for 2024.It is based on real statistics of commissioning and can help future buyers in choosing real estate. This is especially important now, when the reputation of companies is crucial. The rating of Kyiv developers for 2024 includes 22 companies that last year introduced new projects into operation.

DIM took 3rd place in the ranking thanks to the commissioning of 71,487.4 m2 of apartments in two residential complexes: 'Noviy Avtograf' and Lucky Land.

'In 2024, the company continued to strengthen its reputation as a reliable developer, proving that it not only builds quality projects with modern solutions for comfortable living, but also puts into operation projects that have been started,' emphasizes DIM's marketing director Daria Bedya.

'At the moment, our efforts are focused on the construction of 6 projects with a total area of over 346,000 m2 and the completion and commissioning of complexes A136 Highlight Tower, the third building of 'Metropolis', the fourth eco-complex Lucky Land, and several buildings of the business class suburban complex Park Lake City'.

It is worth noting that DIM company maintains its positions in the TOP-5 by the amount of area commissioned for use in two independent ratings in a row.
