At the beginning of June, the DIM group of companies became the first on the Ukrainian real estate market to launch a pilot project of long-term hryvnia installment, which had no analogs among offers from developers before.

Among the key advantages of the program:

• Term — up to 10 years with the possibility of early repayment.
• Price fixation in hryvnia. The cost per square meter is fixed in the contract, without tying to the exchange rate or market price growth.
• Fixed interest rate — 10% per annum in hryvnia.
• First payment — from 30%.

The program was in effect in large quarter development complexes: 'Metropolis', Lucky Land and Park Lake City. In addition, under such terms, only 10 apartments in the club house Olegiv Podil were available.

As reported by the DIM group of companies' press service, due to high interest in the 10-year hryvnia installment program, a decision has been made to extend it until August 31, 2025, so that as many buyers as possible, who dream of their own apartment but cannot take advantage of the state program 'eOselya', could purchase quality housing in the comfort+ segment and above.
