DIM Group has put into operation the VITA 2.2 house in the business-class eco-complex Park Lake City, located in Pidgirtsi, 10 kilometers from the Novoobukhivskyi Highway.

On November 26, 2025, the State Architecture and Urban Planning Inspection of Ukraine (DAIU) issued the Certificate of Readiness for Residential Building No. ІУ122251114784, confirming the compliance of the facility with the project documentation and its readiness for operation.

“The receipt of this document is a testament to the reliability of the DIM Group, which, despite the challenging economic and military times, is ready to fulfill its commitments to investors and guarantees their execution,” said Alexander Nasikovskyi, Managing Partner of DIM Group.

The VITA 2.2 house consists of two four-story sections, with a total area of 3254.7 m². There are 28 apartments in the building, with a total area of 2491.7 m². The first floors house commercial properties with a total area of 223.5 m².

Park Lake City is a modern suburban business-class complex of a new formation, covering more than 80 hectares and located just 15 minutes from Kyiv.

The complex is completely surrounded by nature, with apartments offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and a private water reservoir. Around the reservoir, there is a 1.5 km walking area with running tracks, a relaxation park, barbecue zones, and a Community Club. A high level of landscaping, a private artesian well, modern children’s and sports playgrounds, and a developed infrastructure create a complete and high-quality living environment.

Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, pharmacies, stores, schools, and kindergartens, while just 5 minutes by car is the "Manufaktura" outlet town with food courts, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

We remind you that DIM continues the construction of seven VITA 2 houses in the Park Lake City business-class eco-complex, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027.
