Inner courtyard:

preparatory works for the installation of a children’s playground have started

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• installation of suspended ceilings in common areas (cube-slat system) from the 8th to the 13th floors (overall completion — 100%)
• joint waterproofing (SPOK) — 100%
• installation of the lobby suspended ceiling frame — 100%

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• application of decorative plaster in common areas on the 5th floor — 80% (overall completion — 15%)
• installation of fire protection systems in commercial premises

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• installation of suspended ceilings in common areas (cube-slat system) from the 3rd to the 8th floors (overall completion — 60%)
• application of decorative plaster in common areas on the 8th and 9th floors — 60% (overall completion from 3rd to 9th floors — 80%)
• painting works of staircases have started
• tiling works in staircases — 70%

Building No. 4, Parking:

• masonry works for entrance/exit gate openings — 70%
• waterproofing of basement common area floors — 90%

Building No. 5, Section 1:

• roof insulation works — 100%
• roof waterproofing works in progress

Building No. 5, Section 2:

• roof insulation and waterproofing works

• preparatory works for window installation have started
