Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Façade works are ongoing, and installation of Aquapanel boards in the unheated passageways has begun;
• Finishing works in the common areas are 60% complete;
• Installation of flooring on the staircases has begun;
• Flooring works in the basement areas are 80% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Installation of lighting fixtures has been completed;
• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the lobby has been completed;
• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the basement areas has been completed;
• Installation of tiles in the elevator halls has begun;
• Installation of plasterboard ceilings in the lobby has begun.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Façade works are ongoing, with insulation 75% complete;
• Application of textured coating — 50%;
• Clinker-effect painting — 30%;
• Brickwork — 95%.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Installation of doors in the unheated passageways — 50%;
• Floor screed has been completed on 8 floors;
• Installation of parapet caps on the roof has begun;
• Brickwork on the first floor — 85%.

Building No. 5, Section 3:

• Windows have been installed on the façade facing Palladina Avenue from the 3rd to the 12th floor.

Children’s playground:

• Retaining walls have been concreted, and foundation pits for the structures have been excavated.
