Sharing the latest construction site updates for July:

Building 4, Section 1:

• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the common areas of the basement: Level -1 completed, Level -2 – 50% complete;

• Plumbing connections in the lobby completed;

• Glass façade installation is ongoing – 80% complete;

• LMM façade installation is ongoing – 80% complete.

Building 4, Section 2:

• LMM façade installation is ongoing – 80% complete.

Building 4, Section 3:

• Decorative plaster application completed;

• Installation of apartment electrical distribution panels completed;

• Installation of linear light fixtures – 90% complete;

• Plumbing rough-ins for sanitary fixtures in the lobby completed;

• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the lobby – 60% complete;

• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the basement areas on Level -1 is ongoing.

Building 5, Section 3:

• Window installation is ongoing on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

Inner Courtyard:

• The concrete slab has been completed; retaining walls are currently being concreted.

Building 6, Section 1:

• Façade works are ongoing; insulation is 75% complete;

• Textured finish application – 30% complete;

• Clinker-effect painting – 15% complete;

• Construction of ceramic block walls on the first floor has begun;

• Thermal insulation and waterproofing of the slab above the parking garage – 15% complete.

Building 6, Section 2:

• Thermal insulation and waterproofing of the slab above the parking garage – 15% complete;

• Installation of heating pipes beneath the screed completed;

• Floor screed completed up to the 4th floor.
