Sharing the latest news from the construction site for April:

Building No.3, section 1:

• installation of heating radiators completed from the 3rd to the 30th floor, installation continues on the 31st floor;
• ceramic tile flooring works completed in the MZK and elevator lobby from the 3rd to the 20th floor, works continue from the 21st to the 25th floor;
• disconnection of VK, OE risers - 80%;
• preparation and application of decorative plaster from the 5th to the 15th floor;
• ceiling display on the 5th floor completed.

Building No.3, section 2:

• 95% of balcony fences completed;
• facade repairs of LMM - 68% completed;
• preparatory works for finishing the MZK in progress;
• installation of air conditioner baskets completed.

Building No.3, section 3:

• installation of air conditioner baskets in progress - 80%;
• installation of the last elevator in progress;
• electrical panel assembly in the parking lot;
• preparatory works completed for applying decorative coating on walls from the 6th to the 34th floor;
• ceramic tile installation continues on the walls in the MZK and elevator lobby from the 28th to the 34th floor.

Parking lot No.3:

• works on waterproofing the parking slab in progress: adhesion, keramzit concrete casting, membrane installation, drainage membrane, geotextile, protective plate reinforcement and concreting - 20%.

Building No.4, section 1:

• continuation of works on the construction of vertical monolithic structures of the 34th floor and slab;
• brick wall laying completed from the 1st to the 27th floor - 90%, works continue from the 28th to the 30th floor - 80%;
• staircase installation - 70%;
• ventilation block installation completed up to the 27th floor, works continue on the 28th floor - 50%.

Building No.4, section 2:

• monolithic frame completed from the 1st to the 9th floor. Work on the 10th floor slab;

staircase construction from -4.200 to the 4th floor completed, works continue from the 4th to the 5th floor.

• Building No.4, section 3:
• brick wall laying from the 2nd to the 8th floor - 90%;

staircase installation - 47%.

• Building No.4, section 5:

staircase installation - 28%.

• Parking lot No.4:
• works in progress: railing installation, gravel filling, subbase;
