Sharing the latest news from the construction site for March:

Building No.3, section 1:

• installation of heating radiators completed from the 3rd to the 28th floor, installation continues on the 29th floor;
• 87% of boilers installed;
• installation of elevators completed;
• work done on laying ceramic tiles on the floor of the common areas and elevator lobby from the 3rd to the 18th floor;
• work in progress on installation of air ducts and fire protection;
• disconnection of vertical risers, completion – 70%.

Building No.3, section 2:

• 92% of balcony fences installed;
• facade repair completed, progress – 67%;
• preparatory work for finishing the common areas in progress.

Building No.3, section 3:

• installation of air conditioner brackets in progress – 40%;
• installation of 2 elevators started – 50%;
• electrical works: installation of switchgear completed, assembly of electrical panels in progress in the parking area;
• preparatory work done for applying decorative wall finish from the 18th to the 34th floor;
• work in progress on laying ceramic tiles on the walls of the common areas and elevator lobby from the 28th to the 34th floor.

Parking Garage No.3:hydroisolation work, joint arrangement, and lightweight concrete installation in progress;

• landscaping concept approved, development of working documentation ongoing.
• Building No.4, section 1:

completed monolithic frame from the 1st to the 33rd floor. Work on the vertical structure and the 34th-floor slabs ongoing;

• brickwork on walls from the 1st to the 26th floor – 90%, work continues from the 27th to the 29th floor – 70%;
• installation of stair flights – 65%;
• ventilation block installation completed up to the 24th floor. 25th floor – 90%, work continues on the 26th floor.
• Building No.4, section 2:

completed monolithic frame from the 1st to the 6th floor. Work on the 7th-floor slab ongoing;

• stairwell construction completed from -4.200 to the 2nd floor. Work ongoing from the 2nd to the 3rd floor.
• Building No.4, section 3:

brickwork on walls from the 2nd to the 8th floor – 90%;

• installation of stair flights – 45%;
• ventilation block installation completed up to the 15th floor.
• Building No.4, section 5:

brickwork completed up to the 5th floor;

• installation of stair flights – 25%.
• Parking Garage No.4:

ramp installation completed – 100%;

• excavation work and soil removal ongoing;
• hydroisolation work on walls and ramps in progress.
• External networks:

90% completion of relocation of 10kV power lines;

• tender procedure ongoing to select a design organization for the gas supply project for building No.4.
