Building #3, section 1:

• installation of fire alarm system in progress;
• decorating the lobby and installing suspended ceilings with plasterboard started;
• ceramic tile installation on balconies — 100%;
• lobby air conditioning system installation — 95%.

Building #3, section 2:

• decorating staircases — 60%;
• installation of suspended ceilings with cubic rail — 10%.

Building #3, section 3:

• lobby decoration and wall plastering in progress — 90%.

Parking garage #3:

• insulating and cladding emergency exit facade — 100%;
• continuing floor installation works in the parking garage (grinding diffusion joints, waterproofing and laying fiber concrete floors) — 15%.

Landscaping of Zone 1 in Parking Garage #3:

• earthworks in progress;
• construction of RP started.

Building #4, section 1:

• brick walls construction from 1st to 32nd floor — 100%, work from 33rd to 34th floor — 60%.

Building #4, section 2:

• brick walls construction for technical floor — 95%.

Building #4, section 3:

• brick walls construction for 11th floor — 100%.

• installation of ventilation units on the 14th floor — 100%.
