Building #3, section 1:

• painting ceilings under the cube-shaped rail - 100%;
• ongoing work on installing fire alarm system;
• work in progress on lobby decoration (plastering) - 80%;
• work in progress on laying ceramic tiles on balconies - 10%;
• installation of air conditioning system in lobby has started.

Building #3, section 2:

• work in progress on laying ceramic tiles on balconies - 100%;
• painting ceilings under the cube-shaped rail - 100%.

Building #3, section 3:

• decorative wall plastering (with painting) - 100%;
• laying ceramic tiles on floors and walls of MZK from 18th to 34th floor - 85%.

Parking garage #3:

waterproofing works of the parking slab: installation of junctions, pouring lightweight concrete, membrane installation, drainage membrane and geotextile, reinforcement of protective slab and concreting - 100%;

ongoing work on laying parking floor.

Building #4, section 1:

• brickwork of walls from 1st to 32nd floor - 93%, from 33rd to 34th floor - 55%.

Building #4, section 2:

• brickwork of walls from 8th to 11th floor - 40%.

Building #4, section 3:

• brickwork of walls on the 11th floor.

Building #4, section 5:

• brickwork of walls on the 12th floor.

Parking garage #4:

• waterproofing works of piles, beams, and slab waterproofing - 50%;
• ongoing work on vertical constructions of parking - 75%, floor slab - 45%.
