Building No. 3, section 1:

• work is in progress on decorating the lobby and installing suspended ceilings with drywall framework – 50%;
• installation of lobby air conditioning system – 97%.

Building No. 3, section 2:

• work in progress on decorating staircases – 65%;
• installation of ceilings with cubic rail suspended ceiling system – 100%.

Building No. 3, section 3:

• lobby decoration work (wall plastering) – 100%;
• lobby work continues with installation of suspended ceilings with drywall framework – 30%;
• installation of apartment electricity meters – 40%.

Parking lot No. 3:

• facade cladding of parking exit – 60%;
• floor works in parking lot (grinding of diffusion joints, waterproofing and laying of fiberboard flooring) – 40%.

Improvement of zone 1 in Building No. 3:

• earthworks in progress – 90%;
• construction of RP, concrete works – 60%, masonry – 10%;
• foundation waterproofing – 80%.

Building No. 4, section 1:

• brick wall masonry on 33rd and 34th floors – 90%.

Building No. 4, section 2:

• brick wall masonry on technical floor – 100%.

Parking lot No. 4:

• waterproofing works for piles, beams, and beam slab in progress – 100%;
• vertical construction works in progress for parking – 90%, floor slab – 80%.
• backfilling of parking beams – 90%.
