Building #3, section 1:

• works are being carried out for the decoration of the lobby and installation of suspended ceilings with GKLW (framework) - 50%;
• installation of air conditioning system in the lobby - 97%.

Building #3, section 2:

• works for the decoration of the staircases - 65%;
• installation of MZK ceilings with cuboid rails - 100%.

Building #3, section 3:

• works for the decoration of the lobby (wall plastering) - 100%;
• ongoing work in the lobby for the installation of suspended ceilings with GKLW (framework) - 30%;
• installation of apartment electricity meters - 40%.

Parking building #3:

• facade cladding of the emergency exit from the parking lot - 60%;
• flooring works in the parking lot (grinding of diffusion joints, waterproofing and laying of fibroconcrete floors) - 40%.

Land improvement of zone 1 in building #3:

• earthworks in progress;
• construction of RP, monolithic works - 60%, masonry - 10%.

Building #4, section 1:

• brickwork of walls on the 33rd and 34th floors - 63%.

Building #4, section 2:

• brickwork of walls on the technical floor - 100%.

Parking building #4:

• waterproofing of piles, rafters and rafter slab - 75% in progress;
• ongoing work on the installation of vertical structures of the parking lot - 87%, slab construction - 68%.
