Building No. 3, section 1:

• installation of fire alarm system in progress;
• plastering works in the lobby – 100%;
• laying ceramic tiles on balconies – 80%;
• installation of air conditioning system in the lobby – 10%.

Building No. 3, section 2:

• plastering works in the lobby – 100%;
• plastering works completed in commercial premises;
• decorating staircases – 40%.

Building No. 3, section 3:

• completed laying ceramic tiles on floors and walls of residential units from 3rd to 34th floor – 100%;
• decorating works in the lobby started;
• plastering works completed in commercial premises.

Parking Garage No. 3:

• insulation and cladding of the garage evacuation exit facade – 20%;
• ongoing work on the floor of the garage (grinding differential joints and waterproofing).

Landscaping of Zone 1 Parking Garage No. 3:

• earthworks in progress.

Building No. 4, section 1:

• brickwork on walls from 1st to 32nd floor – 95%, in progress from 33rd to 34th floor – 57%.

Building No. 4, section 2:

• brickwork on walls from 2nd to 10th floor – 100%, in progress on 11th floor – 90%.

Building No. 4, section 3:

• brickwork on walls on 11th floor ongoing.

Building No. 4, section 5:

• installation of ventilation blocks on the 14th floor in progress.

Parking Garage No. 4:

• waterproofing of columns, ramps, and ramp slab in progress – 60%;
