Sharing the latest news from the construction site for May:

Building No. 3, section 1:

• installation of heating radiators completed from the 2nd to the 34th floor;
• works on laying ceramic tiles on the floor of MZK and elevator hall are completed from the 3rd to the 27th floor;
• disconnecting VK, EO pipes - 90%;
• preparation and application of decorative plaster completed from the 3rd to the 7th floor, and works continue from the 8th to the 17th floor.

Building No. 3, section 2:

• preparation for applying decorative plaster completed from the 3rd to the 11th floor;
• works in progress on laying ceramic tiles on the floor of MZK and elevator hall from the 3rd to the 9th floor.

Building No. 3, section 3:

• installation of air conditioner baskets ready - 98%;
• final elevator installation in progress;
• electrical panel assembly in the parking lot;
• works continue on laying ceramic tiles on the walls of MZK and elevator hall from the 28th to the 34th floor.

Parking garage No. 3:

• works in progress on waterproofing the parking slab: installation of connections, pouring of lightweight concrete, membrane installation, drainage membrane, geotextile, protective slab reinforcement, and concrete pouring - 70%.

Building No. 4, section 1:

• work on the roof of the 34th floor covering - 50%, reinforcement of the ceiling slab of the second part in progress;
• brickwork of walls completed from the 1st to the 28th floor - 90%, works continue from the 29th to the 31st floor;
• staircase installation - 80%;
• ventilation block installation completed up to the 29th floor. Works in progress from the 30th to the 31st floor;
• installation of window structures from the 3rd to the 5th floor - 95%. Works on the 6th and 7th floor.

Building No. 4, section 2:

• construction of the monolithic frame of the building completed;
• work in progress on parapet and staircase extension. Staircase extension completed from -4.200 to the 4th floor. Works from the 4th to the 5th floor in progress.

Building No. 4, section 3:

• brickwork of walls from the 2nd to the 8th floor - 100%, in progress from the 9th to the 10th floor.

Building No. 4, section 5:

• installation of metal structures for the elevator shaft in progress.

Parking garage No. 4:

• works in progress on waterproofing columns, slabs, and slab joints;
• ongoing installation of fencing, slab joints, backfilling with gravel, subfloor installation, reinforcement, and concrete pouring of the parking slab;
• works in progress on vertical structures of the parking garage and roof slab.
