• Reinforcement of the 15th-floor slab — 100%;
• Concreting of the 15th-floor slab — 100%;
• Reinforcement of the 16th-floor vertical structures — 50%;
• Installation of precast reinforced concrete stair flights and landings, floors 12–15 — 100%;
• Installation of ventilation blocks, floors 11–13 — 100%.

Completed in July: 675 m³ of reinforced concrete structural frame.
