• reinforcement of vertical structures on the 10th floor — 100% concreting of vertical structures on the 10th floor — 100% reinforcement of the 10th-floor slab — 100% concreting of the 10th-floor slab — 100%
• reinforcement of vertical structures on the 11th floor — 100% concreting of vertical structures on the 11th floor — 65% reinforcement of the 11th-floor slab — 45% concreting of the 11th-floor slab — 45%
• installation of precast reinforced concrete stair flights and landings, floors 8–10 — 100% installation of ventilation blocks, floors 7–9 — 100%
