A136 Highlight Tower is the only complex in Ukraine that has passed an international audit
02.04.2024

A136 Highlight Tower from the DIM group of companies was the first in Ukraine to pass an audit from the largest international investment consulting and real estate management company CBRE Ukraine, which is represented in 100 countries of the world and is included in the Standard&Poor's 500 and Fortune 500 ratings.
According to the conclusions of the official report of the international consulting company CBRE Ukraine, the construction of the A136 Highlight Tower complex is proceeding at a rapid pace. More than half of all works have already been completed, and if this pace is maintained, all construction works on the site will be completed by the end of 2024.
The report states that according to the results of a visual inspection of the progress of the construction works and the analysis of the provided schedule, the monolithic works have been completely completed, the brickwork throughout the complex is almost completed, and the arrangement of the roof and the facade part is being completed. The remaining works in the complex are almost half completed.
The company also emphasizes that the final deadline for the completion of construction work in the 4th quarter of 2024, given in the schedule, is not conservative, but rather optimistic. At the same time, the terms stated by the developer are quite realistic, and the acceleration of the pace of engineering works can speed up the terms of construction completion.
"Now, the most important thing for buyers is the pace of construction. We are really building, so we decided to go further than just a monthly photo report of the progress of construction, and introduced a system of quarterly audits from an international company, - says Arseniy Nasikovsky, a junior partner of the DIM group of companies, - CBRE Ukraine notes in its report that at the time of the inspection, the building is ready for 54%. In my opinion, we see such a percentage, because absolutely all types of work necessary for the completion of construction are taken into account. However, I would like to point out that the most difficult and important stages, such as monolithic works, brickwork, installation of the roof, glazing have already been completed or are at the final stage. Currently, the main focus is on facade and interior works."
The DIM group of companies has almost never stopped construction since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, which made it possible to take a leading position in the market in 2024. So, of the 200,000 square meters put into operation in Kyiv in the first three months of the current year, this particular developer put 120,000. The company plans to put at least as many into operation by the end of the year.
