Is it possible to get an apartment in the capital with an area of over 44 m2 for 1500 UAH? The answer to this question is known by the resident of Zhytomyr, Igor V. Recently, he received documents for an apartment in the eco-city Lucky Land. Housing became the main 'bonus' in the large fundraising campaign for the army. The fundraising was announced in March of this year by the DIM Group of the Nasikovsky brothers together with the charitable foundation 'Defense of the Future' of Yevgeny Karasya. In total, 20.2 million UAH was raised for drones and vehicles for volunteer units of the Armed Forces, National Guard, GRU, and the 'Freedom' battalion within 60 days.
20-year-old Igor V. from Zhytomyr constantly donates for the needs of Ukrainian defenders. The guy does not have a residence in his native city, but this time his contribution to support the army brought him a ready-made one-room apartment in Kyiv with an area of 44.2 sq. m. The apartment is located in one of the flagship projects of the DIM Group of companies - Lucky Land residential complex. Now Igor just has to do the repairs and build his life in the new apartment.
One of the co-founders of DIM, Andriy Nasikovsky, who is defending the country in the 'Freedom' battalion, provided the winner with ready-made housing with a certificate. The condition for winning the apartment was a donation of 500 UAH to provide front-line units. 'If something bad happens, you have to cover it with your donations. When we donate, they suffer, and we feel good. There are no small donations. I don't know how it really works, but make your contribution to support our people. The universe will surely reward you in some way,' - Igor comments on his desire to donate funds to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Lucky Land residential complex, where the apartment is located, is built on the principle of 'a city within a city'. Here, opportunities for living, leisure, household chores, sports activities, or walks are created, as the Lavina Mall shopping center and 100 hectares of pine forest are nearby.
'Building the future. This principle is part of the DIM philosophy. For 10 years, we have been creating not just real estate for Ukrainians, but ecosystems for comfortable living, recreation, and self-improvement that are successfully integrated into the rhythm of a modern city. But now the only guarantee of implementing our projects and, in general, a peaceful future for Ukraine is the success of our defenders. Therefore, we support the Armed Forces of Ukraine systematically, as it is sewn into the values of the DIM Group,' - says the founder and managing partner of the DIM Group of companies, Andriy Nasikovsky.
The video of receiving the apartment is already on the DIM YouTube channel.
