Despite all the challenges of wartime, the year has been active and eventful, reaffirming DIM's reputation as one of Kyiv's leading real estate developers.
- In 2024, the company commissioned 1,191 apartments with a total area of 80,467 m² across three complexes: Novyi Avtograf, the eco-complex Lucky Land, and the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.
- We successfully attracted targeted financing from domestic strategic investment partners for the development of existing and future projects, demonstrating high trust in the company and confidence in Ukraine's future.
- A strategic partnership agreement was signed with Tascombank. DIM also passed audits and received accreditation from SKY Bank and Globus Bank, joining the government programs for affordable housing loans (єОселя) and compensation for destroyed or damaged housing (єВідновлення).
- As part of the єВідновлення program, the first agreement was signed in the eco-city Lucky Land. DIM was also among the first on the market to launch a financial guarantee program, incorporating penalties of 0.03% in favor of clients for each day of delay in accordance with the project schedule. This program is already in effect for the A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Boutique Residence, and Park Lake City complexes, with plans to expand to other projects.
- DIM’s junior partner, Arsenii Nasikovskyi, entered into a wager for UAH 1 million with Dmytro Karpilovskyi, the founder of the Ukrinvestclub investor community. The bet is based on the timely completion of the A136 Highlight Tower complex by Q2 2025. If the project is not completed on time, DIM will pay UAH 1 million to Ukrinvestclub, which will donate the funds to charity. If Nasikovskyi wins, the money will also go to charity and Ukraine's Armed Forces (ZSU).
- DIM held a lottery for an apartment in the Lucky Land eco-city among those who donated at least UAH 500 to support ZSU. Over 60 days, the company, together with the Future Protection charitable fund, raised UAH 20.2 million for drones and vehicles for volunteer units of the ZSU, National Guard, GUR, and the Svoboda battalion. We continue to support our defenders.
- DIM gathered real estate experts and journalists for the first-ever DIM Talks discussion panel. During the event, developers presented fresh analytical data and identified key market trends for 2024.
- To exchange experience with Kazakhstan’s leading developer, BI Group, DIM’s team visited Astana for consultations on optimizing business processes and implementing IT technologies to enhance and automate construction workflows.
- We initiated DIM 2.0 transformation, introducing a project planning, reporting, and construction control system, along with reengineering (fundamental reassessment and redesign of business processes) from A to Z.
- The concept of A136 Highlight Tower was updated, creating the capital’s only premium tower for hedonists with unique features: nano-filtration of drinking water in every apartment, a Wellness SPA with panoramic glazing, year-round terrace saunas, and 5-star service from a leading hotel operator.
- The OLEGIV Podil project underwent rebranding, becoming Ukraine’s first premium Art Boutique Residence. Its concept draws inspiration from European boutique hotels, blending Podil’s artistic heritage with modern comfort and cultural heritage in one of Kyiv’s oldest districts.
- The company’s main website was completely revamped in collaboration with Quadroom, a leader in digital solutions.
- DIM became the first Ukrainian developer to pass an audit by CBRE Ukraine, the world’s largest investment consulting and real estate management company, represented in 100 countries and listed on the Standard & Poor’s 500 and Fortune 500.
- We launched The One, a new premium residential complex located at 7B Mechnikova Street, in the heart of Kyiv. The complex offers residents 5-star luxury, 360° panoramic views, a gated territory with 24/7 security, underground parking with auto-lifts, a 1,400 m² lifetime space, conceptual terraces (Front Yard and Secret Garden), and an open pool. It is Ukraine’s first residential project with nano-water purification and HEPA air filtration. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2028.
- We believe in Ukraine and continue constructing six projects: Metropolis, Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Boutique Residence, and The One.
- In 2025, we plan to launch a unique new suburban premium-class project, surpassing this year’s results by commissioning over 100,000 m²: the A136 Highlight Tower, Building No. 3 of the Metropolis complex, Building No. 4 of the Lucky Land eco-complex, and Buildings 1.5, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 of the VITA district, as well as Buildings 1.1 and 1.3 of the AQUA district in the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City.
