On March 1, the XI National Forum "The Real Estate Market as a Segment of the State Economy" took place, organized by the Union of Real Estate Professionals of Ukraine.

The goal of the event was to bring together real estate market leaders, representatives of the public sector, and the business community to discuss key issues, analyze the current market situation, explore its development prospects within the Ukrainian economy, and find new effective solutions.

DIM company expert Olga Arbuzova was invited to the event and participated in the discussion panel "Primary Market 2025: Development Vectors and Impact on Prices." The discussion covered important topics, including what buyers pay attention to, which stage of project readiness they consider, and whether they are willing to invest in residential complexes at the foundation stage.

Olga Arbuzova confirmed that investors have returned and that buyers are considering real estate purchases at different stages of construction: "From the example of DIM's projects, we see that the share of investors has returned, and they are ready to invest in interesting and promising projects. At the same time, potential buyers are considering purchasing apartments at all stages of construction but pay particular attention to active construction progress and completed buildings during the full-scale war."

The expert noted that between 2022 and 2025, DIM has put four buildings into operation, including two buildings in the suburban business-class complex Park Lake City and one each in the "Novyi Avtograf" and Lucky Land complexes.

Regarding buyers' priorities during the war, the expert emphasized that safety remains one of the main concerns, complemented by comfort factors.

"Clients are paying more attention to properties with well-developed infrastructure inside and around residential complexes, the presence of green areas, modern playgrounds and sports facilities, schools, and kindergartens," says Olga Arbuzova. "DIM develops its projects in a 'city within a city' format, providing everything necessary for a high-quality and comfortable life. For us, residents’ comfort is a priority because an apartment is not just four walls – it’s about ideology, community, environment, and quality. That’s why we ensure that our complexes offer everything: from children’s and sports facilities to parks and educational institutions."
