On April 5, a property tour was held at the suburban eco-business class complex Park Lake City as part of an intensive course 'Low-rise suburban construction: investments, development, marketing' organized by the Real Estate Business School in collaboration with the International Business Institute.
The course is specially designed to prepare real estate professionals in the field of low-rise construction, and participants have the opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and expertise in preparing and making strategic decisions regarding analysis, concept, investment, creation, implementation, and management of low-rise suburban development projects.
The property tour and educational lecture were conducted by Daria Bedya, Marketing Director, and Artem Velichko, Development Manager of suburban real estate projects at the DIM group of companies.
Participants of the event familiarized themselves with the architectural solutions and concept of the Park Lake City project, visited the construction site and ready houses, learned about the features of their implementation and management.
Artem Velichko paid special attention to discussing the development of low-rise suburban residential real estate projects in conditions of war, building autonomy, market requirements, and demand characteristics, how to complete projects and fulfill commitments to investors, despite all the challenges of today.
Daria Bedya, Marketing Director of the DIM group of companies: 'Property tours to conceptual and unique projects, such as Park Lake City, are a great opportunity for professional development, acquiring new knowledge and understanding key aspects of creating successful projects based on real cases. And most importantly - networking, which allows you to establish contacts with industry professionals and receive important advice from experienced experts.'
