It's nice to see how work is boiling on the A136 Highlight Tower construction site. Every day, every minute, the innovative skyscraper A136 Highlight Tower from the DIM company is growing. Floors are rising, travertine facades, panoramic glazing with Reynaers aluminum profile, brickwork, communications.

We are in a hurry, because this year we are preparing the house for commissioning.

We report in more detail on the work performed in February:

• The floor slab of 25, 26 floors has been installed - 100%.

• The formwork was arranged and the floor slab of the 27th floor was reinforced - 30%.

• 50% of the vertical elements of the walls and columns on the 27th floor have been installed.

• Stairs to the 26th floor have been installed.

• Ventilation units up to the 22nd-23rd floor have been installed.

• Brickwork from -2 to 15 floors has been completed - 75%.

• Brickwork from the 16th to the 22nd floor has been completed - 30%.

• Plumbing works from -2 to 17 floors have been completed - 30%.

• Completed electrical installation work from -2 to 17 floors - 20%.

• The smoke removal system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 50%.

• The ventilation system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 40%.

• The automatic fire extinguishing system was implemented from -2 to 5 floors - 70%.

• Plastering of technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floors - 60%.

• 95% of window structures from the 5th to the 16th floor have been installed.

• 95% of the double-glazed windows of the window structures from the 5th to the 16th floor have been installed.

• 88% of SPOK stained glass systems have been installed

• 85% of glass panes of stained glass systems have been installed.

• 80% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• 50% of the double-glazed windows of the stained-glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• The roof is arranged on the stylobate of 2, 3, 4, 5 floors - 40%.

• 21% of the cladding of the stylobate facade has been arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine").

• Works on 100% insertion of external networks (water supply) have been completed.

• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 15th floor has been completed - 50%.

• Preparatory work on the lighting of the facade of the stylobate 1-5 floors has been completed - 45%.

• Preparatory work on the facade lighting of floors 5-15 has been completed - 15%.
