We share the latest news from the construction site for October:

• The vertical elements of the 34th floor are arranged - 100%.

• Ventilation units up to the 30th floor have been installed.

• Brickwork from -2 to 24th floor has been completed - 93%.

• Brickwork from the 24th to the 31st floor has been completed - 45%.

• Electrical installation works from -2nd to 27th floor have been completed - 40%.

• Plastering of the technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floor was completed - 45%.

• 60% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 15th to the 26th floor have been installed.

• 65% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 15th to the 26th floor have been installed.

• 45% of the double-glazed windows of the stained glass systems from the 15th to the 26th floor have been installed.

• 39% of the cladding of the stylobate facade has been arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine").

• Works on 100% insertion of external networks (water supply) have been completed.

• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 24th floor has been completed - 84%.

• Installation of passenger elevators of the commercial part - 95%.
