• The overlap of the 34th floor has been arranged - 100%.

• The monolithic structures of the walls and parapet of the superstructure (35th floor) have been installed - 100%.

• Ventilation units up to the 32nd floor have been installed.

• Brickwork from -2 to 24th floor was completed - 94%.

• Brickwork from the 24th to the 33rd floor has been completed - 46%.

• The floor screed on the 9th floor has been completed - 92%.

• Completed plumbing works from -2 to 34th floor - 25%.

• Electrical installation works from -2nd to 27th floor have been completed - 45%.

• Plastering of technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floor was completed - 47%.

• 65% of the window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.

• 63% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.

• 58% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.

• 26% of double-glazed units of stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.

• The roof of the house is arranged - 10%.
