• The floor slab of the 33rd floor has been installed - 50%.

• 100% of the vertical elements of the walls and columns on the 33rd floor have been installed.

• Stairs to the 33rd floor have been installed.

• Ventilation units up to the 29th floor have been installed.

• Brickwork from the 16th to the 27th floor has been completed - 58%.

• The floor screed on the 9th floor has been completed - 90%.

• 65% of the window structures from the 15th to the 24th floor have been installed.

• 10% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 15th to the 24th floor have been installed.

• 35% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 15th to the 24th floor have been installed.

• 15% of the double-glazed windows of the stained-glass systems from the 15th to the 24th floor have been installed.

• 96% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• 86% of the double-glazed windows of the stained-glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• The roof is arranged on the stylobate of 2, 3, 4, 5 floors - 40%.

• 32% of the cladding of the stylobate facade has been arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine").

• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 15th floor has been completed - 76%.

• Preparatory work on the lighting of the facade of the 5th-15th floor has been completed - 28%.
