We share a detailed report from the construction site for May:

• The floor slab of the 30th floor has been installed - 100%.

• The floor slab of the 31st floor has been installed - 50%.

• 100% of the vertical elements of the walls and columns on the 31st floor have been installed.

• Stairways up to the 30th floor have been installed.

• Ventilation units up to the 27th floor have been installed.

• Brickwork from -2nd to 15th floor has been completed - 87%.

• Brickwork is completed from the 16th to the 27th floor - 30%.

• Completed plumbing works from -2 to 27th floor - 25%.

• Completed electrical installation work from -2 to 27th floor - 20%.

• The smoke removal system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 55%.

• The ventilation system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 48%.

• Automatic fire extinguishing system from -2nd to 5th floor - 79%.

• Plastering of the technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floors was completed - 67%.

• 99% of window structures from the 5th to the 16th floor have been installed.

• 99% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 5th to the 15th floor have been installed.

• 92% of SPOK stained-glass systems have been installed from the 6th to the 15th floor.

• 85% of the double-glazed windows of the stained-glass systems from the 6th to the 15th floor have been installed.

• 90% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• 78% of the double-glazed windows of the stained-glass systems from the 1st to the 4th floor have been installed.

• The 2, 3, 4, 5 floors are covered with a stylobate roof - 38%.

• 28% of the cladding of the stylobate facade has been arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine").

• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 15th floor has been completed - 65%.

• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the stylobate 1-5 floors has been completed - 53%.

• Preparatory work on the lighting of the facade of the 5th-15th floor has been completed - 23%.

• Installation of passenger elevators of the commercial part - 95%.
