We share the latest news from the construction site for February:

• Brickwork from the 24th to the 34th floor has been completed - 80%.
• The brickwork of the roof is completed - 100%.
• 85% of the window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 80% of double-glazed units of window structures from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 71% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• 59% of double-glazed units of stained glass systems from the 15th to the 34th floor have been installed.
• The roof is arranged on the stylobate of 2, 3, 4, 5 floors - 50%.
• 42% of the cladding of the stylobate facade has been arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine").
• Work on 75% of external networks (sewage) has been completed.
• The installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 34th floor has been completed - 47%.
• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the building has been completed - 42%.
• The roof of the house is 100% fixed.
