The following works were carried out at the A136 Highlight Tower construction site:

• Floor screeding has been completed on floors 8-30 – 100%, screeding is currently being carried out on floors 31, 32 and preparation for screeding is underway on floors 6 and 33;
• The plastering of the walls of the MZK on floors 6-30 has been completed - 100%, work is currently underway to plaster the walls on floors 31-33;
• Work on finishing the walls and floors of the MZK (installation of gypsum plasterboard and cladding of walls and floors with ceramic tiles) on floors 6-21 has been completed – 60%;
• Work is underway to install ERW networks on floors -1, -2 and 34;
• Electrical installation work from floors 1 to 33 has been completed – 98%. Work is currently underway in the parking lot (floors -1 and -2);
• A smoke removal system has been installed in axes 1-22/A-M in the parking lot on the -2 and -1 floors – 50%;
• An automatic fire extinguishing system (sprinkler fire extinguishing system) has been implemented in axes: 7-16/E-I from -2 to 33 floors – 90%. Work is currently being carried out in the lobby and pump room (installation of pumps);
• Plastering work on the brick walls of technical rooms and the MZK on the -2nd and -1st floors has been completed – 45%;
• 100% of SPOK stained glass systems (entrance group) in axes 13-17 /V-Zh with mark: 0.000 to 14.630 have been completed;
• Stained glass systems SPOK have been installed from the 1st to the 31st floor in the axes: 1-22/A-M -100%. Currently, work is underway to install the SPOK subsystem and the connection to the 32nd-33rd floor;
• Stained glass systems have been installed from floors 1 to 31; in axes: 1-22/A-M – 100%. Currently, work is underway to install SPOK glazing on floors 32-33;
• The cladding of the stylobate facade has been completed (insulation, subsystem for installing decorative stone "Travertine") – 85%;
• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the building (installation of electrical networks for outdoor lighting) has been completed – 100%. Work on installing outdoor lighting fixtures is currently underway;
• Installation of freight elevators – 10%, work continues on installing freight elevators in the residential part;
• Installation of low-current systems (electrical wiring of low-current networks) from 1 to 33 – 95%.
