The following works were performed at the A136 Highlight Tower construction site:

• Bricklaying of walls and partitions from -2nd to 33rd floor has been completed - 99%. It remains to complete the walls in places where the lift passes from the 6th to the 33rd floor;
• Plumbing connections of apartments on the 7th-33rd floor have been laid out - 100%, pneumatic testing of the system on the 31st and 33rd floors is being carried out;
• Screeding of floors on the 8th and 29th floors has been completed - 100%, screeding on the 7th and 30th floors and preparation for the screeding on the 6th and 31st floors are currently being carried out;
• Plastering of the walls of the MZK on the 6th and 24th floors has been completed - 100%, work is currently being carried out on the plastering of the walls on the 24th and 26th floors;
• Installation of sanitary and waste water supply systems from -2 to 34 floors has been completed - 98%, work is currently being carried out on the installation of waste water supply networks on the 34th and -2 floors;
• Electrical installation works from -2 to 30 floors have been completed - 95%, work is currently being carried out on floors 31-33;
• The ventilation system (galvanized air duct boxes) in axes 1-22/А-М -2 and -1 of the floor - 90% has been completed, work on the installation of vents is currently being carried out. parking cameras and connection of boxes to fans;
• The automatic fire extinguishing system (splinker fire extinguishing system) has been implemented in the axes: 7-16/E-Y from -2 to 25th floor - 90%, work is currently being performed on floors 13-14 and 26-27;
• 97% of stained glass systems of SPOK (input group) in axes 13-17/В-Ж with odm: 0.000 to 14.630 have been completed;
• Double-glazed windows of window structures from the 1st to the 31st floor were installed in axes: 1-22/А-М -97%;
• Work is being carried out on the installation of the SPOK subsystem and adjacency on the 32nd-33rd floors and the installation of sliding doors on the 5th floor;
• Installation of SPOK double-glazed windows on floors 32-33 and installation of double-glazed sliding doors on the 5th floor are being carried out;
• The roof is arranged on a stylobate, 2nd floor in axes: 15-22/ Ж-Н on odm: +4.160, 3rd floor in axes: 8-13/А*-В on odm: 7.620, 5th floor in axes: 7-12/А - In and in axles: 15-22/Zh-P on odm: 14.630 – 100%;
• Cladding of the facade of the stylobate is arranged (insulation, subsystem installation of decorative stone "Travertine") - 82%;
• Installation of the hinged ventilated facade from the 5th to the 33rd floor in axes 1-22 /А-М - 95%;
• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the stylobate (installation of external lighting electrical networks) 1-5 floor in axes 1-22 /А-П - 97% was completed;
• Preparatory work on lighting the facade of the building (installation of external lighting electrical networks) has been completed - 95%.
